Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Availability – Non-students must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours a week between 5:30 AM and 6:30 PM. Students must be available a minimum of 15 hours (or 2 weekend shifts) per month.
• On-Your-Feet Hustle – This is a fast-paced, active role. You must be able to stand and move quickly for long periods of time and lift up to 30lbs overhead when needed.
• Customer Service – Greet and serve every customer with warmth, kindness, and confidence.
  
• Team Player – Support your coworkers and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
  
• Fast & Efficient – Prepare menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently.
  
• Clean & Tidy – Keep the shop, equipment, and prep areas clean and organized at all times.
  
• Health & Safety – Follow all relevant safety and food handling procedures.
  
• Problem Solver – Stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
  
• Passionate – A passion for coffee is a plus—but an eagerness to learn is essential
