Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Prepare Menu Items: Quickly and efficiently prepare all drinks and menu items.
• Maintain Equipment: Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
• Health & Safety: Observe relevant health and safety standards.
• Cleanliness: Be diligent about keeping the shop and important areas clean.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Availability: Minimum of 15 hours per week between 6:15 AM - 4:30 PM. (High school students: minimum of 20 hours per month during the school year & 15 hours per week during the summer.)
• Team Player: Must work well with others.
• Passion: Show interest or passion for coffee and the drinks we serve. Experience is not required but must be eager to learn.
